Shipping policy

When you place an order with us, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.  

As you know, our Robins are handmade so there will only be limited stock available at any time.  During periods of high demand, Robins will be available on a "Pre-Order" basis, and at these times your order will be accepted on the understanding that your item will be despatched to you when stock has become available.

Once your item(s) are out for delivery, you will receive a further notification to let you know your order is on its way. 

We currently ship to delivery addresses Worldwide.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you confirm your country for delivery. 

International Customers - please note that we complete a customs declaration and pay any relevant charges applicable within Ireland, but any additional government fees, duties, taxes, customs charges etc applicable in your home country are your responsibility.
